V for Vendetta novelization

I'm not sure how long this has been solicited, but the novelization of the V for Vendetta moive is being pre-sold on Amazon.

The novelization is written by Steve Moore, who is no stranger to comics himself.

Is the writer's name just a coincidence or... hum... a way to get in some way a "Moore" stamped on the book? What books did he wrote?

someone please forgive my ignorance but is this an only written novelization like a book or is it like the original, with graphics and comics?i dont understand..
